We have been to this restaurant several times and it always consistently excellent.  The orato was perfectly cook and presentation was pleasant.  Never been disappointed.

Food was decent but service was disappointing. Long periods where no one was around. Dropped off wine list but never came back to take order until the food arrived 20 minutes later.

I decided on a last minute overnight to Trieste and found a reservation for this place on The Fork. I must say, I found the staff and environment lovely! The appetizer (potato and asparagus flan) was superb and so unique. The bread offered meant I got to eat every last bite. I literally cleaned my plate. My main course was the duck breast with a brandy and orange sauce and while the duck was cooked to my preference, I found it lacking in the seasoning and sauce. I felt like I was searching for orange or brandy which made it all a little bland. As a side, I ordered grilled zucchini and while the grill was good, it was again lacking a bit of seasoning. I added a little olive oil and salt and it was delicious. Finally, not that I needed it, I ordered the molten lava chocolate cake. It was amazing but I had definitely ordered too much food and couldn&rsquo;t finish it all. The wine selection is extensive and the team knew how to pair properly. I enjoyed my meal and would consider another dinner there!

Ristorante con buon men&ugrave; di pesce, preparato molto bene, secondo la tradizione. Ottima posizione e personale cordiale.Forse a prezzo pieno risulterebbe un po&#39; caro...noi abbiamo speso 30 euro a testa con 1 antipasto a met&agrave;, un piatto, un dolce e vino della casa ma comunque siamo usciti soddisfatti e a pancia piena!

Restaurant with good fish menu, very well prepared, according to tradition. Perhaps at full price would be a bit expensive ...we spent EUR 30 per head with 1 half meal, a dish, a sweet and wine from the house but we still got satisfied and full stomach!

Questa trattoria si trova sul fronte porto di Trieste, l&#39;ambiente potrebbe essere maggiormente caratterizzato, il cibo &egrave; molto buono e il personale cortese. Ha un&#39;unico neo, come putroppo gi&agrave; rilevato da altri clienti, siamo usciti con i giacconi che sapevano di fritto di pesce, probabilmente dovuto al fatto che la cucina &egrave; prossima alla sala da pranzo. Salvo questo piccolo problema, lo consiglio per la qualit&agrave; del cibo, per la velocit&agrave; del servizio e per il prezzo interessante.

This tractor is located on the front of the port of Trieste, the environment could be more characterized, the food is very good and the staff are gentle. It has a single neo, as other customers have pointed out, we went out with the jackets that knew about fish fritters, probably because the kitchen is close to the dining room. Except for this small problem, I recommend it for food quality, service speed and interesting price.
